Shipping And Handling On completion of your purchase, we will notify you of its dispatch date. We will send your purchase out vacuum packed in a chilled polystyrene containers by overnight courier. Please ensure that there will be somebody there to receive the parcel at the delivery address. We cannot guarantee the condition of your purchase if are unable to deliver the product within 2 days.

For us at The Organic Smokehouse, the smoking of produce is less about commercial food production and more about the continuance of a centuries old craft. All of our smoking is carried out without any mechanical intervention using the traditional 'draft method' with air-dried, naturally fallen, Shropshire Oak. It is a slow process, giving a greater depth of flavour to our products.
