Returns & Refunds: Please check your goods upon receiving them. Responsibility of them becomes the customer's upon delivery. If they are not what you ordered, please notify us within 3 days. As all cheeses are perishable and are cut to customer order we are unable to except returns or refund. This is in accordance with distance selling regulations." In the unlikely event that any goods are damaged, defected or missing we must be notified with 3 days - we reserve the right to either refund or replace the said items.
Returns using recorded or registered delivery and the costs of return postage and packaging are the customer's responsibility in accordance with distance selling regulations.
We are unable to accept cancellations once the order has been placed; this is in accordance with distance selling regulations.

Products: All products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock we reserve the right to substitute for a similar product of equal or greater value. |
Despatch Information: We aim to dispatch orders within 7 days of receiving order via courier
We are unable to deliver on Monday, Saturdays, National or Bank holidays.
We only deliver to mainland UK at present.
We do not dispatch to Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight or Isle of Man. |
Receiving Your Order: Please ensure that somebody is available to receive your parcel, unless special delivery instructions have been entered into the checkout section of the site. Deliveries can be made to a place of work. Cheese parcels must be refrigerated immediately on receipt of delivery - and are clearly marked accordingly.
Any charges incurred for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
