All agreements for sale are between the customer and the trader from which they are purchasing products. Individual traders terms & conditions, including delivery details are available in the Traders Section.

The customers agreement to the terms & conditions is that of those provided here at Fine Fayre and of those provided by the trader whose products you are purchasing.

Fine Fayre accepts no responsibility or liability for any of the products listed or sold or for traders represented or listed on the site.

Fine Fayre does not endorse or recommend any of the traders or products on the site. Fine Fayre only provides an opportunity for traders that fulfil the relevant criteria to make their products or services available on the world wide web.

All refunds are the responsibility of the trader from whom the products were purchased in accordance with their terms & conditions. However Fine Fayre wishes to ensure that all traders on the site provide a high level of service. If you do not feel you have received this please email your complaint to info@finefayre.co.uk and we shall investigate the matter.
