The Country Monkey Granola is a tasty home-baked breakfast cereal made from local, organic produce.
Made largely from organic oats, a great source of fibre and organic seeds which are rich in zinc, calcium and essential omega 3’s, it’s a great start to the day.
Each makes a healthy start to the day packed full of ‘slow release’ energy providing carbohydrate. Meaning the energy content is released over a few hours, boosting the blood sugar levels over time and giving a lasting feeling of fullness.
Delicious served with yogurt, milk and/or your favourite fruit. Trying adding some cooled, stewed rhubarb for an extra treat!
