Returns & Refunds Policy:
Please check your goods upon receiving them, responsibility of them becomes the customer's upon delivery. If they are not what you ordered please notify us immediately. We are proud of our organic meat and poultry and we want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase so please notify us immediately if you are unhappy with any part of your order (telephone 02392 632683) and we will happily arrange a replacement or refund.
Due to the perishable nature of our products we are unable to provide replacements or refunds when the courier is unable to deliver the items in the event that no one is available to accept delivery.
For items personalised or made up to a customer's specification we are unable to except returns or refund this is in accordance with distance selling regulations.

Complaints:
We welcome all feedback and will endeavour to deal with any problems experienced by our customers within five working days.

Products:
All products are subject to availability. We aim to provide a cut of meat as close as possible to the weights detailed on the website as possible. If a particular cut is underweight we will make up the difference with another piece of meat of equal or higher value or weight. If no product is available we will back order it for you, giving you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
All pictures are only representations and items may vary from this. As all products are handmade part of the unique and special qualities of them is that no two pieces maybe exactly the same.

Delivery & Dispatch:
We aim to deliver orders on a Monday or Tuesday of each week, your order will be delivered by courier before 5.30pm on the specified day of delivery. A minimum of 4 working days is required to prepare and deliver your order due the nature of our products. We are unable to deliver on national or Bank holidays.

If you require your order before a certain date please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We only deliver to mainland UK at present. For orders outside the UK please contact us via email.

Receiving Your Order:
Please ensure that somebody is available to receive your parcel, unless special delivery instructions have been entered into the checkout section of the site. Any charges incurred for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
