Heaven Scent Herbs have been making Mustards since 1986 and the range has been growing steadily to over 40 varieties. These are distinctively flavoured original recipes developed from a keen interest in Herbs, Food and Good Eating! We use only the finest of ingredients and all products are made by hand in small batches and under strict quality control. They are all FREE from artificial preservatives, flavourings , colourings, salt, sugar and wheat flour, and any genetically modified organisms. They are ideal for vegetarians, and those wishing to avoid gluten and unnecessary salt and sugar in their diet.
Versatile in taste and texture they can be used to great effect in salad dressings, sauces, mayonnaises, marinades and dips. Excellent in cheese dishes, with pulses, fish and all meats. These Mustards have a long 18 month shelf-life, and do not require refrigeration after opening.
Some Suggestions for use
- Garlic Mustard - great salad dressings, dips, and slathered on baked potatoes
- Horseradish Mustard - superb with smoked fish, cheese dishes and of course with beef
- Chilli Mustard - liven up burgers, sausages and pulses
- Herb & Honey Mustard - a good all-rounder for salad dressings and glazes
- Black Peppercorn & Basil Mustard - good to add to warm pasta and in dressings
- Tomato & Basil Mustard - excellent in cheese dishes - and added to baked beans!
- Whisky & Herb Mustard - great in marinades and sauces
- Brandy & Ginger Mustard - perfect with white meats and in stir frys
- Devon Farmhouse Mustard - try with cold meats and egg dishes
