Our aims are simple, to work with all levels of the supply chain, from farmers and growers and distributors to chefs and retailers through to consumers, to ensure that fresh local produce is readily available to a wide market, be that in dishes served in your local pub, café, canteen or restaurant, from your local store, market or direct from the farm.

Do's and Don'ts
You must not post any material on the site which breaks any applicable law or which is threatening, offensive, or obscene. If you do, it will be removed immediately, any membership fees paid will be non-refundable and legal action may also be taken. You must not use the FEAST website service for any commercial purpose other than it's intended use, or for sending unsolicited e-mail.

Operation
We reserve the right to alter or withdraw aspects of the FEAST service.
From time to time we may ask you to change your password or other information. You are responsible for everything done through your membership account, whether on site or by e-mail or otherwise.
You agree that we may suspend or terminate your access to our service if you are in anyway in breach of this agreement.
When you register you may opt to receive e-mail notifying you of relevant news items via email. This option is controlled from 'my details' area of the site. We may notify you by e-mail from time to time of any additional services or alteration to services on the site.
You agree that we may edit or remove information posted by you if we deem it to be aggressive, threatening, offensive, obscene or inappropriate.
You agree that if at any time information posted by you on our site breaks any applicable law we may provide any information to the police, our legal advisers and any person affected by that information.
The licence granted to you by this agreement shall be terminated automatically and without notice if you should fail to abide by any provision of this agreement. We reserve the right to discontinue, delete and change the content of the site from time to time. We reserve the right to exclude or deny membership to any party, entirely at our own discretion. We also reserve the right to change the terms of use. The terms of use in effect at the time of your use of the site shall govern your use of the site.

Fees
We may alter our fees from time to time and details of any fees will be accessible on site prior to you taking any of our fee-paying services.

Refunds
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the FEAST Management.

Please notify us immediately of any misuse or acts contrary to these terms of which you become aware.
