These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Cancellation, Returns and Refunds :
If you have placed an order by mistake or would like to cancel your order for any other reason, please email us at info@be-eco.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order, or on the Monday following an order placed on the weekend.

Please check your goods upon receiving them. Responsibility for them becomes the customers upon delivery. You may cancel your order without reason within 7 working days of delivery.

Should you wish to return your item(s) and receive a refund you must confirm this in writing and return the complete packaged item(s) to the address below (see Contact Details).

Please be aware that you will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. For your own protection we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery). The costs of return postage and packaging are the customers responsibility, in accordance with distance selling regulations. A refund can only be provided for items that are received back by us. Postage will be refunded at our discretion.

For items personalised or made up to a customer's specification, we are unable to accept returns or provide a refund, in accordance with distance selling regulations.

Breakages:
We despatch all of our products in perfect condition. If, however, any items are broken whilst in transit by circumstances beyond our control, you may return them (see Contact Details below for our address). We will refund the full purchase cost or send a replacement once the item(s) are received and refund reasonable postage costs incurred.

Complaints:
We welcome all feedback and will endeavour to deal with any problems experienced by our customers within five working days. If you have any feedback, comments or complaints please email us at info@be-eco.co.uk.

Products:
We will endeavour to ensure that the information shown on the web site is as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to make changes including prices, products, ingredients and terms and conditions without any notice being given.

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time. If a product is out of stock we may substitute it for a product of equal or greater value. If no product is available we will back order it for you, giving you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. All pictures are only representations and items may vary from this.

Delivery:
We only deliver to mainland UK at present. For orders outside mainland UK please contact us via email or telephone (see Contact Details below).

We aim to despatch orders by post or courier on the same day that the order is received if possible. However, as we make everything ourselves by hand it may take up to 5 days for orders to be despatched. We are unable to deliver on national or Bank Holidays.

Receiving Your Order:
Please ensure that somebody is available to receive your parcel, unless special delivery instructions have been entered into the checkout section of the site. Any charges incurred for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
