Returns
& Refunds Policy:
Please check your good upon receiving them. If they are not what
you ordered please contact me and return them within 7 days, starting
from the first working day after you receive the goods, and we will
give you a full refund within the next 30 days.
Likewise, if in the unlikely event the goods are not in a satisfactory
condition due to the handmade quality, I will be happy to give you
a full refund or send out a replacement if you return the item(s)
within 7 working days from receipt of the goods.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach me.
For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method
that requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First
Class (Recorded Delivery).
Postage:
Whilst every effort is made to package pieces as well as possible,
I can not be held responsible for damage to items in the post. An
optional postage insurance can be provided if the postage does not
already include it.
Complaints:
I welcome all feedback and will endeavour to deal with any problems
experienced by my customers
within five working days.

All products are subject to availability. Most of my products may
vary by design and colour, but are mainly
One of a kind.
Please note; if a product is out of stock it may be substituted
for a product which is very similar or of equal or greater value.
If no product is available it can also be back ordered for you but
may have a turn around of a maximum period of 4 weeks due to all
products being handmade, giving you the option to cancel your order
if you would rather not wait.
Whilst every effort will be made to replicate a design where possible,
it is dependant on the availability of fabrics and resources at
that time.

All prices shown include VAT at 17.5% where applicable.
Despatch
Information:
I aim
to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days
either by post or courier. I am unable to deliver on national or
Bank holidays. Deliveries are only made to mainland UK at present.
For orders outside the UK please contact me via email.
Receiving
Your Order:
Please
ensure that somebody is available to receive your parcel, unless
special delivery instructions have been entered into the checkout
section of the site. Any charges incurred for re-delivery will be
the responsibility of the customer.
